While we do our best to make sure that our products are crafted with premium materials and have passed multiple quality tests, if for any reason you did not like an item that was purchased – let’s talk.
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns policy, we offer a no-hassle returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 30 days from the delivery of your order.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 30 days of Order receipt while meeting the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us).
- Items must be in their original packaging and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
- The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
To initiate a return, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product you want to return along with the order confirmation number. Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, you can choose to either send the product(s) to our warehouse located in Dubai, or we can arrange to have it picked up from you at an additional cost of AED 25 if you live in the United Arab Emirates.
For GCC & International returns, you would be required to send the product(s) to our warehouse in Dubai once you have a pre-approval from our team.
Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full value of the returned undamaged items (excluding, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees). Your refund will be processed within 15 working days via the following methods:
- Credit & Debit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
Item Return Policies
Damaged Goods and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process above. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Replacements may be available depending on stock.
Bamboo Toothbrushes, Make Up Remover Pads and other grooming and personal hygiene items cannot be returned.
Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as, for example, damaged boxes may restrict re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection but the initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.
Gifted items and items in gift orders can only be returned with a refund given to the purchaser of the gift.
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels.
